Dia De Los Muertos

DSC06865 FThe Mexican Day of the Dead celebration to honour lost loved ones. Sugar skulls and marigolds are a predominant decoration of the festivals occurring Nov 1st (All Saints Day) and 2nd (All Souls Day.)

The colorful festival is a public holiday in Mexico. The Day of the Dead decorations has always been a favorite sight around this time of year and a gentle reminder of the meaning.
